Rowan has a new girl "friend"!

Madeline was born 15 days after Rowan. They met today for the first time! It was hilarious because they actually looked like they were communicating with each other.

Rowan is flexing his muscles for his new friend Maddy!

"Not only are those muscles mine, but hey baby, I'm a Libra..." says Rowan.

"No kidding... me too!" says Maddy.

How to get your kids to pose for a photo...

We thought it would be really cute to get a photo with our 3 kids in order of age... shouldn't be too tough, right?!

This was our first attempt... not bad... but oh no, it's a little bit blurry...

Alice & Kyle stand at attention because Tommy put the fear of God in them, Rowan, not knowing who really is behind the Santa costume, was a bit past his feeding time & started to melt down...

Mommy Grinnell goes in with a pacifier... meanwhile Alice practices her Little Gym technique...

So Mommy Mogensen goes in to re-pose Alice... meanwhile Rowan is still melting down...

While Alice is pleading her case to Mommy Mogensen, Kyle, being the sensitive super hero that he is, starts to get a little concerned about Rowan...

So, Kyle goes in for the hug... and Alice compromises with a V-sit...

But Mommy Mogensen intervenes, telling Super Kyle to wait until after the photo shoot for the hug...

So we end up with Rowan in a 1/2 of meltdown, Kyle in a 1/2 of hug, & Alice in a 1/2 of stretch!

Poor Rowan has a bit of the acid reflux a lot of babies experience. He doesn't fuss at all & his spit-up isn't all that bad, which is why it was initially difficult to diagnose. Unfortunately, Rowan's worst symptom is rapid breathing... SCARY! He is now on Prevacid & we are hopeful that it will resolve his reflux. In the meantime, here are some more cute pics of the little man!

Not sure how I caught him smiling... I think he has gas!

I think he looks so cute in his jeans! I can't believe they make them small enough for a 2 1/2 week old!

Due to an elevated biliruben count, Rowan got to rest on a bili blanket for a couple days. Frank says it looks like we put a lightsaber up his butt. He was unphased by the whole ordeal, Mom was definitely more upset than he was!
